A Denver, Colorado native, I've grown with the city I call home. Each new experience is an opportunity to learn, and I'm still learning.
Like many young folks looking for their niche, I started in customer service with waiting tables, bartending, and call centers. Each of those experiences helped me understand what it means to be empathetic and the importance of putting the customer first. In my experience as a Technical Writer and Designer, I use these lessons to create meaningful user-centered content that not only informs, but tells a story.
I can't remember a time when I wasn't telling stories. Whether through writing, visual arts, acting, gaming, or music, storytelling defines me. Let me know what stories we can create together.
